We're talking to you about his Winery

The wines of Maxime Magnon are fresh, full of fruit, balanced and mineral. The'Corbières' is an appellation that has long been criticized, but which is regaining its letters of nobility with wines like those of Maxime Magnon, Xavier Ledogar and Magali Terrier. It was in 2002 that the Burgundian Maxime Magnon settled in the Corbières, in Villeneuve-les-Corbières to be exact. Before that, he worked for Philippe Valette and Thierry Allemand. Two references. He was seriously inspired by his illustrious neighbour Didier Barral to reintroduce sheep, donkeys and cows into his vineyards. The vineyard of 14 ha is entirely worked by hand and with a caterpillar, without the use of pesticides or insecticides, for the greatest respect of the soil. From November to mid-April, the herd grazes in the vines, thus favouring microbial life. The whole bunches ferment only with indigenous yeasts. The rest of the winemaking process is entirely natural. Only the whites are lightly filtered and (infinitely little) sulphited during bottling. Thank you for your trust, Maxime!
