Settled in Conques in theAveyron for several decades, Patrick Rols is today reaping the fruits of his hard work as a digger and innovator. From the steep slopes of the Dourdou abandoned after phylloxera, Patrick has made a neat garden, after having cleared and replanted in 2001, on the heights of this beautiful medieval village famous for its magnificent abbey. Back to the roots for this farmer's son who accompanied his father on the family plot of vines and, above all, changed direction after a visit to the Chamber of Agriculture. | First harvest in 2005. This big and solid gaillard walks his vines on 6 hectares planted with merlot, cabernet and syrah but also chardonnay and chenin, with a passion for Nature and well done things.
