La Petite Perlée 2022 - Vin de France - La Porte Saint-Jean
We're on the same plot as you know, with the difference that it wasn't aged in wood. It was kept in stainless steel vats from A to Z for 17 months, on lees of course. It's impossible to confuse it blind: we're on the same plot as Perlée, with a fresher profile, but no less gastronomic.
Fresh, iodized nose. Notes of small white pome fruits; floral touch in the background. This is definitely a Chenin, with a lovely return. A clean, straightforward wine that takes you gently to a soft, fruity finish.
With this little Perlée, I want to indulge myself with little grey shrimps, how about you?
