Superb wines of a texture and depth rarely found in this area, better known for its intense productivity and relative hardiness. The latest vintages perfectly illustrate the progress made by this Winery. Congratulations! Since the end of 1997, Hélène and David have been bringing back to life magnificent plots of land perched on a clay-limestone promontory situated south of the Entre deux Mers, 60 km from Bordeaux. | Organic since 2008, ECOCERT certification since the 2014 vintage (on Tire Pé, Tir'osé, La Côte and Malbecs),Grape varieties on these old vines is mostly Cabernet Franc and Malbec. The Côte de Tire Pé owes its name to a daily agrarian scene well known to the natives, according to which the beasts of burden were relieved of their efforts to go up to the property, by "pulling the fart". |
