Stein Riesling 2020/2023 - Vin d'Alsace - Jean Pierre Rietsch
A pale gold color, a complex nose, both vegetal and floral, with notes of citrus and salted butter caramel: this short-maceration Riesling offers a fine balance between salinity, bitterness, minerality and roundness.
Vinification:
8-day maceration-infusion on 1/3 whole bunches.
Indigenous yeasts.
Aged on lees for 8 months in vats.
