The Pineau menu, Grape variety King of this cuvée, brings here an incredible mineral tension!
This Brin de Chèvre is a wine that fuses in the mouth, which even slams. Citrus notes, saline notes that finish the finish wonderfully with a saline sensation on the gums.
It's straight, it's good, it's beautiful and it deserves well on a nice piece of semi-dry goat cheese. and bam! Thank you, friend Puzelat.
