These are the very old vines of Jean Foillard, in Morgon on the Côte de Py, which are bottled only in their best years!
A wine quite different from the other cuvées... More concentration, complexity, finesse too - yes, yes, it's possible! - A rarely equaled cuvée that will give you a different view of Morgon, Beaujolais and Jean Foillard's savoir-faire (experience).
Complex aromas ranging from floral to spice (minerality) to crushed fruit. Beautiful density, depth of juice and always an unrivalled sense of touch. Great ageing potential!
