WHO ARE WE?
Thomas Delpy, sommelier.
A graduate of the Wine University of Suze-la-Rousse, he was welcomed for his first wine training course by Marcel Richaud in Cairanne. "It changes you a man!" he said. Co-founder of the famous natural wine cellar Le Vercoquin, in Lyon. Tasting expert, passionate researcher of new nuggets to delight your taste buds.

Untiring and rigorous, the organization of the boat Petites Caves is first and foremost him. After a childhood in the Alsatian vineyard, he now lives between Nantes and Anjou where he has planted a few vines. That's to say that his tastes are varied... and if you give him the choice between a chenin by Thomas Carsin or a pinot noir by Christophe Lindenlaub, he drinks both!

This native of the Beaujolais region, who never wants to do anything like everyone else, is proud of his native land. Yet he never balks at a Bedouet Muscadet or a glass of Roussillon Padié. His credo is simple: "If you want to know if you'll like it, first taste it! ».
