Fine, delicate nose of small white and exotic fruits. Mineral notes. It's on the palate that this minerality really comes into its own.
The choice of partial malolactic (?) fermentation may also be an original way of giving an extra boost (freshness) to this magnificent undosed cuvée (Brut Nature).
An original and exemplary 100% Chardonnay champagne!
