The aromatic palette is composed of ripe citrus, pineapple and mango, with a pearly zest.
"Our slightly elevated, arid terroir is far from humid areas. This allows us to easily harvest raisined and wilted grapes. This natural over-ripening brings a high concentration of sugars while preserving an acidic structure. Thanks to this tension and freshness, we vinify white wines with residual sugar."
