Champagne 1er cru Totum 2019 - Emilien Feneuil - Extra Brut
This vintage's cuvée is a blend of 2 grape varieties (instead of the usual 4) 85% chardonnay and 15% petit meslier. Several elements come into play in this cuvée: first of all, extraordinary fruit due to precise work in the vines and sorting at harvest. Then barrel fermentation.
After almost 4 years (disgorged May 4, 2020), this cuvée exudes magnificent fullness and minerality, full of bewitching energy. The non-dosage nature of this Champagne allows us to fully grasp its strength and sensitivity!
