A wine that needs to be decanted when young.
At first, the wine is reserved, discreet and beautifully fresh. Then the aromas slowly emerge, with dry pebbles (minerality) and dried flowers. Wines from Winery are often (always) marked by salinity.
We strongly recommend decanting or waiting a few years!
