Entre Chien et Loup 2023 - Vin d'Alsace - Jean Pierre Rietsch
notes of citrus, English candy and orange peel. The palate is lively, saline, elegant and full of energy, very much like a Riesling.
A rare 100% Auxerrois cuvée
Vinification :
Indigenous yeasts.
Aged in oak barrels for 19 months on fine lees.
