THE 100% Carignan cuvée, with freshness. Tender, harmonious on the palate, even with some floral and fruity notes. A clean, straightforward finish!
Sieur Comor has made a name for himself with this cuvée: "l'Antidote à vos poisons quotidiens" (CQFD)...
Plus : "Hand-harvested from a 2-hectare plot of old gobelet vines at an altitude of 343m on a clay-limestone terroir. Vinified with semi-carbonic maceration, this wine, like all those from Winery, is unleavened, low in sulfur, unfiltered and unfined. Gourmet, spicy, it clearly demonstrates that carignan is a great southern grape variety."
