Pet Nat Ca Sulfit' 2023 - Winery l'Ancienne Cure
Fine nose immediately marked by white fruit and floral notes (white flowers); here and there hints of honey. The palate is fresh and held by numerous fine bubbles, with a mid-palate of fruits such as pear. In the end, it's the chenin that wins out on the finish, with a more rocky tension!
This Pet nat is produced with a first fermentation in vats. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle. Zero sulfites, zero filtration, zero added CO2!
