A unique rosé edition of 336 bottles
We decided to macerate the Pinot Noir and Petit Meslier for around twenty hours, then the vinification took place quietly in 1 barrel, and bottling took place in April 2021.
30 months of ageing.
Disgorged in November 2023, without any dosage.
