Puligny Montrachet 2020 - Philippe Pacalet
Yellow fruit, pear, exotic, with well-integrated hints of vanilla typical of long ageing. Round on the palate, well-balanced by sought-after acidity. The whole is coherent and hesitates between modernity and classicism.
To be devoured now, it will refine and lose its "invasive" side if left to age gently in your cellar. In any case, reserve it for special occasions and choice dishes.
