Chablis 2023 - Vendangeur Masqué - Alice et Olivier de Moor
The substance is there and the result is, as usual, worth much more than most of the Chablis we know. A touch of lemon, minerality and freshness! Drink up - in moderation, of course!
Le Vendangeur Masqué's Chablis comes entirely from Courgis, from the De Moor's neighbor's usual small vineyard and from a parcel rented in 2016 and in its 3rd year of AB conversion.
