Après la pluie 2023 (Hors les murs), trade by Château Lestignac
The macerations bring energy and the touch of chenin in oxidation: tension. This wine is electric!
Vinification: The Semillon grapes are harvested, partly passerillé and botrytized, and pressed slowly. The Sauvignon Gris is sent to vats for a 3-week carbonic maceration. The Petit Mansengs are destemmed and macerated for 3 weeks. The 2022 chenins were aged in oxidation. The blend is aged for 8 months in concrete tanks.
