| Didier Chaffardon, originally from Savoie but now living in Anjou, treats us to several original vintages, with a concentrated style and great straightness. Straight chenins in their boots, cabernets all in mystery. The Ecocert certification rewards its wines that are neither yeasted, nor fined, nor chaptalized. Didier, winemaker bearded, passionate and exciting, has taken over part of Winery on 10 hectares but quickly reduced his vineyard to 3 hectares to better master alone, as an old sea bass, a work in biodynamics. | He also planted a plot of land for this purpose in 1998. The harvest is, of course, manual and 15% of the juice is matured in vats or barrels. Chaffardon, these are natural wines for initiates and it's very good, by name! |
