Rive 2023 - Winery Hors Ciel
A rather atypical blend of Terret Gris and Muscat. Blended together on direct presses and vinified together for 5 months.
The result is a well-balanced, wildly aromatic bouquet that blends fruit, spices such as ginger and mild curry with the minerality (salinity) of pure limestone terroirs. A clean, crisp and refreshing finish!
