Barthélemy 2020 - Vin de France - Château Le Puy

Barthélemy comes from a parcel of unique geology called "Les Rocs", planted with 85% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine is made using a natural process known as infusion vinification.
The wine is aged for at least two years in experienced barrels, by dynamization, according to the phases of the moon, without the addition of sulfur dioxide or other additives. It is bottled without filtration.
