Victor Gourreau, passionate about fermentation, offers us here a blend of Mourvèdres from different methods of gentle vinification. The objective, successfully achieved, is to obtain a red wine of great drinkability, airy, infusion of berries of the woods and/or wild berries.
Third vintage for this cuvée, and we're as convinced as ever by the quality of the juices: freshness, tactile quality. A very pretty wine!
