Boomerang 2022 - Côtes du Jura - Les Bottes Rouges
And yes, here is a magnificent blend of Ploussard and Trousseau, all delicacy and finesse. The spices are there, as are the crushed and cooked red fruits. The tannins are just right.
This is a juicy wine (saliva) that is a pleasure to share.
