Montmajou 2022 - Saint-Chinian - Winery les Eminades
A lovely pale-yellow white with a fine, complex nose and notes of lightly roasted white fruit, which are repeated on the palate with a little more yellow fruit. A pleasantly fresh white wine. The finish is marked by the chalky touch that is the signature of this part of the Languedoc causse.
