En Blanc 2020 - Château Lestignac
A lively, almost razor-sharp wine with magnificent density. Sauvignon as we like it. A real favorite for a wine of great class!
Vinification: the grapes are picked fresh in small crates and then left for ten days or so, de-stemmed, for pre-fermentation cold maceration. We process the juices on skins to gain in substance and free them from the Sauvignon's primary aromas. Once pressed, the juices ferment in barrels for 20 months.
