Mélodie de Vieilles Vignes 2022 - Sancerre Blanc - Vincent Gaudry
A cuvée made from old vines on clay-limestone terroir, aged in wooden vats. The nose is very chalky/mineral, with a hint of finesse. The attack is clean, giving way to a fairly round palate supported by fine acidity. Beautiful bitters on the finish. A fine, complex wine!
