La Volcanique 2024 - Côtes du Forez - Winery Verdier Logel
Black fruit on the nose, with a hint of minerality and pleasant vegetal notes. Voluminous palate with a soft touch. The palate evolves on slightly mentholated notes, then the finish becomes more concentrated with black fruit, a touch of roasting or smoke and black pepper. A wine still in its youth, but Gamay can still be enjoyed young and structured.
