Maceration wine style (light orange wine).
Aromatic wine with powerful spices. Round and ample on the palate, with freshness and bite. Some lingering tannins. Serve chilled with smoked fish or pressed cheeses.
Vinification:
Maceration of pinot gris in whole bunches fermented on juice for 14 days. Natural fermentation using indigenous yeasts.
Aged on lees for 8 months in foudres.
